A term 'culture' is related to whole scope of meanings (a range of features), accepted by workers, and making the organization unique, differentiating it from other organizations. The features might be taken advantage of during a process of creation and stabilization of desired attitudes and behavior models among employees. A managerial personnel has a key-role during a whole procedure of adoption and adjustment of the employees to new organizational rules, i.e. the organizational culture.
