AB The aging process is characterized by the complex bliological and physiological, cultural and sociological changes. it is very complex, individual and influenced by whole set of factors. Experiencing this period of life is therefore individual in accordance with the results of these changes. Therefore, in our work at the University of Third Age we try to understand these changes through the educational programs, we try to adapt to the needs of students - seniors and thereby change the negative stereotypes which contributes to the quality improvement of their life.
