AB The paper brings some partial results of the survey focused on the problems of incorporation of modern scientific and technical knowledge into the teaching programme in the educational field of Information and Communication Technology on the second degree of elementary schools. In particular, it deals with the part of the survey directed at the circumstances of creating school educational programmes and incorporation of modern scientific and technical knowledge into the teaching programme.
