AB In elementary schools the lower department's physical education lessons are the basic of the children's body improvement. While in nursery schools children acquire basic natural movements, then in their next life cycle are improving time to time and their ability can become a skill. When ability become a skill, it is called the second step in physical education and this is the most important aim as well. One of the other significant facts is the love of movement; they need a various positive experience which they can recollect later. Everlasting buzzes influence their next years. Relevant is to involve the girls to do the exercises regularly, because they will be the mothers of the family, a mirror of their children. Researches show that in this kind of family in which the mother used to sport her children are sporty as well. ER
