AB Usage of glossaries in e-courses is very often restricted to simple lists of words. Moreover, students tend to ignore it during their study and its creation then seems useless. In the paper, we try to point out the possibilities of glossaries and their usage in e-courses, especially we discuss export and import techniques of glossary items that may enable more effective usage of this activity.
