AB In paper was presented the possibilities of using information technology to support the teaching of pro-environmental processes. Communication between pupils and computer was presented, too. It was shown impact of information technology on effectiveness of educational activities. The paper presents the application of information technology in education and highlighted the role of information technology in ecology teaching. Computer was shown as a tool to improving student learning at home and at school.
