AB The article deals with the issue related to observation activities during vocational training. Observation is put into broader context. Observation is understood as a complex diagnostic activity not only of the teaching process itself during the vocational training. Appropriately set form of the observation folio can serve also as mean of obtaining important information about quality of work of the whole school. Observation in classes can be also used as evaluation tool of the school. ER
