AB This article deals with the professional orientation of pupils towards technical subjects. We describe progress of qualitative research at primary school pupils. We used the children drawing and a dialogue as research tools. The issue is a longitidual research for finding factors that influence preferences of children due to the choice of profession. The author of this paper states found factors that are the cause of small interest in study of technical subjects.
