AB  - At present we can notice precipitous development of non-contact methods for solid surface mapping with exceptional resolution, accuracy and reliability. Many non-contact devices replace the mechanical devices used previously. Contact measurements, however, are also developed and their current capacity and utilization prove that they still have place in many sectors of our activities.
