Through this form of mutual cooperation employees provide to subordinates visions and goals for the company. In order to achieve greater efficiency and flexibility of subordinates is required to communicate efficiently and effectively. This are the basic social skills through which they can see and know the running of the organization and is actively involved in her life. The paper focus on aspects of the structure of the communication process, but also on forms of communication in enterprise.
