INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION OF PUPILS WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS

This paper describes a three-year project Education of Pupils with Special Educational Needs and Information and Communication Technology, which is aimed at gathering data on the use of information and communication technologies in the education of pupils with special educational needs in elementary schools and to determine whether and how such support in the education of elementary school teachers need.
