SYSTEM CONCEPTION OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND ITS APPLICATION IN AN EDUCATION

The contribution describes the creation of system conceptions by quality management used in Europe. The authors characterise the typical principles of mentioned conception and focus on the possibilities and significance of application by an educational process in the conditions of European Union.
