A new program for middle schools, approved in 2009 by Polish Ministry of Education, includes technical education through two technical activity modules, chosen by teacher. Research done throughout middle school teachers in November 2010 showed which were the most commonly chosen modules and what technical activities are performed by students during their technical education lessons. It is highly important information to be able to start reforming the program of educating technical education teachers.

Keywords: middle school, technical education, module.
