THE CONCEPTION OF SUPPORT NEW COMPETENTION FOR USING IT IN MATERIAL RESEARCH AND EDUCATION

In presented contribution authors introduce concept of subject named Technical experiment. Subject intended for students of technical universities is oriented to acquisition of skills to solution of practical problems associated with measuring instruments operating in material research.
