IMPLEMENTATION OF E-LEARNING EDUCATION IN THE FIELD OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY IN DUAL EDUCATION

With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0), rapid technological changes are occurring in industrial sectors, which also bring new challenges to education. Digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things generate new occupational risks for which it is necessary to prepare students as future experts and employees. Traditional forms of education are no longer sufficient for current needs. In this context, the concept of Education 4.0 is increasingly being promoted, which supports flexible, digital and integrated forms of teaching, such as e-learning. The aim of the contribution is to analyze the possibilities, advantages and challenges associated with the introduction of e-learning in the field of safety and health protection of secondary school students in the framework of dual education. The paper focuses on the advantages of modern e-learning approaches that support effective learning in accordance with the requirements of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation. It emphasizes the importance of integrating theoretical education with practical work experience, thereby supporting better preparation of students for safe and productive work in the work environment.
