New trends in technical education are applied in modern medicine. Monitoring of vital signs is a typical example of the use of ICT and technology at school and in practice. At the anesthesiology and resuscitation department (ARO) of hospital multifunctional cardiomonitors monitor of vital signs biosignals of critically ill patients. They are: electrocardiogram (ECG), heart rate (HR), noninvasive arterial blood pressure (NIBP), respiratory curve and respiratory rate (RR), temperature, oxygen saturation (SpO2), or optionally brain activity (EEG), invasive blood pressure (IBP), etc.

Keywords: Monitor, biosignals of heart (ECG), brain (EEG), arterial blood pressure (NIBP), oxygen saturation - pulse oximetry (SpO2), invasive measurement of arterial blood pressure (IBP). Alarms of derived variables.
