ICT AS A MEANS OF ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF TEACHING IN THE FIELD OF OHS

Inherent part of training students in the field of OHS is the use of ICT. Our study in the area of improving the quality of teaching are gradually shifting from traditional sphere of ICT use, for example the use of digital recording techniques, to the area appropriate hardware and software, by which safety technician could improve its operations. The paper presents selected areas of the actual activities of safety technician as well as the related potential of software and hardware support which in these areas can help to solve the tasks. The starting point are the practical requirements that have defined on the basis of cooperation with the manufacturing company. The acquired knowledge can be applied without problems in teaching of branch technique, or anywhere where you need to prepare students for practice in the technical field.
